Great go-to for on the go breakfast, hiking snack, and for diabetic crashes in the middle of the night. We keep a box in the nightstand for said emergency. Usually one bar can correct it until breakfast when we are ready to make a complex carb breakfast. Lived the cereal itself as a kid, great nostalgia!
