Just bring to room temperature before using.Measure itSpoon flour into a dry measuring cup and level off with a knife. Purchased this flour to make traditional Christmas cookies. I always purchase Gold Medal as I find the quality to be perfect for my family's favorite recipes. it just pays to buy name brand in some products
I'm not one to buy name brand items if I can get a store brand that's comparable but with flour for baking it just pays to get a national brand. I tried a store brand flour and there is a distinct difference so I will continue using this flour. the texture is light and airy and your baked goods just taste better!
