16" Gold Number 0 Foil Balloon, by Way To Celebrate

Wow, these are great! I'm glad I know about them now. They look super classy and fit in with a ton of different birthday decor. (There are also candles in this line that compliment these balloons really well!) Running late for an event, my hub had to inflate these on a time crunch in the car, and he commented on how remarkably easy they were to inflate. Apparently the packaging said that and he was impressed it actually kept that promise! :) The stringy ribbon with the balloons for tying them on is fine, but not something you'd want to use to display them. It's plain, inexpensive white ribbon. But to use the strings to tie onto a garland or birthday chair, they serve their purpose. I'm not sure they needed to be as long as they were, but I'd much prefer too long to too short! So for quality, bargain pricing, ease of inflation, and succulent-gold puffy numbers, I rate these a 5/5.

The items served its purpose. A little annoyed due to three numbered balloons would not blow and/or busted before being blown up. I did not returned them. The helium tank and regular balloons worked fine.
