I purchase this for my husband and ensure that he uses the lotion regularly. After several years of use and having diabetes for over 20 years, when he goes to the doctor they always tell him his skin is in excellent shape. Most individuals with diabetes have issues with their skin drying out. With regular use this is the best possible lotion for diabetics but you must use regularly.
