Moist, Delicious and Gluten Free

This brand makes the best gluten-free cakes I've ever had as someone with celiac. It's hard to find a cake that's moist and not dry or crumbly, but these are both dense and moist. These frozen cakes are perfect size giving about four servings each. Instead of the usual thick icing they use a creamy mousse layered with the cake and top it off with what tastes like a rich chocolate ganache. I've tried three different flavors so far and every one has been delicious.
