Diabetic's shake worth a try
I bought these because I'm type II diabetic and this size had fewer carbs in it. The body reacts to its sugars more slowly. Actually I find it also delicious (I bought the chocolate which has a deep chocolaty taste.) Pricey though. I use it for when I should be eating something and don't have time to cook something or for a low cal meal once in awhile. You have to be careful not to drink too much at a time as these types of sugars have reactions. (Read the label.)

I love taste of these but not actually diabetic. I am using to reduce my appetite to eat so much, it fills me up faster and helped resist snacks as well as when sugar gets low cuz Im hypoglycemic .. I read it helps balance glucose and helps lose weight since it helps replace cravings for sugary foods and helped me eat a lot less food .. Great for exercise when u need energy boost and great flavor!
