I ordered this pump system and it was damaged when I received it. The carton was not damaged at all however the pvc fittings were broken on the unit.. I called Zoro and they promptly sent a return shipping label and sent out a replacement system. When I received the second unit it also had broken pvc fittings. I didn't want to go for strike three on a third one since obviously their is a major problem with the factory packaging. As a vendor Zoro did their job with the returns. I called Glentronics and informed them of my dissatisfaction. The problem is, I still need this system but I don't know where to purchase it without these issue's. When I purchased this from Zoro I had a 25% off code and it made this a attractive offer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
