Tho fruit fly season hasn't started yet, other random flying insects have already been caught. The light is quite bright. Im assuming to attract the buggies. It doesn't bother me and serves well as a night light if needed lol.

Works so well!
I live near a lake and we get TONS of lake flies and bugs to the point where they cover the door to our house. I hate bugs and decided to give this a try since it had it a coupon. I was extremely skeptical because it's literally just a blue light with a vertical sticky trap, surely bugs can't be that dumb. it caught a lot of the flies/mosquitoes that made it into the house, much to my surprise. Definitely worth getting the starter kit but I may try out cheaper alternatives for the adhesive refills.

The cheaper option
Glade is generally less expensive than Febreeze, and I see no difference in it's efficacy. I'll pick Glade over Febreeze anytime, as I am just as happy with both.
