im a 7.5 mens and 9 womens USA, insole of the shoe is 44cm? i liked that there was space for my toes to wiggle the removable insole has a heel elevated a tad which felt uncomfy so i took the insole out shoe has minimal cushioning so the ball of my feet feel like it was walking on hard ground.
