Interesting...

There must have been a bad batch that did not include the wig; however, I guess I got lucky enough to order this on 10/5, when it was briefly back in stock. I went to pick it up in store and it contained the wig! (I had only read the reviews after I placed the order... I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best). Regarding the wig, it was loped sided, very stiff and the length was uneven. I had washed, combed and am going to trim to make it even and style...more work for the wig than I had initially thought (and some may not be missing out in my opinion) but anything for my niece! Anyways, I think a plain wig would work well for anyone that needs to replace one that had gone missing. Adding some green glitter hair spray to it could be a potential step. The dress was thin but cute as expected and the scarf is easily stretched out, but I can't expect too much out of a walmart costume. I do wish the overall costume pack had included the dark green capri leggings, but I can't argue with paying $14 for the suit.

No Wig - Wrong Price - GREAT customer Service!

I did the ship to store option. Like others my package was missing the wig & I paid more than the printed price on the package. The dress and scarf are ADORABLE and my emotional girl is thrilled with her costume. (Her pre-teen attitude adds to the charm) LOL. This was sold out everywhere. My customer service experience was excellent. I went to the office and the manager said if I could not find a replacement she will credit me a portion of what I paid for the missing wig or a full refund. I emailed Walmart.com and they issued me a wig credit without any problems.

Missing the wig

Ordered this to pick up at my local Walmart. Paid $22 for it online to see 19.97 preprinted on the cardstock panel on the front of the packet. Ok, I thought that not a big deal to worry about. But then we opened it. Also on the front it clearly said "Wig Included" Nope not included. It was missing. Returned the package to the store where I got it to find out the item is now out of stock. So I ended up having to buy a generic green wig for $5. Not happy that I had to pay for a missing item.
