Instructions
. Preparation: Follow cooking instructions to ensure product reaches temperature of 160ºF. ➊ Heat 6 quarts of water to a gentle boil. Add a pinch of salt. ➋ Add pasta; do not separate uncooked pasta if it sticks together. It will naturally separate while cooking. Cook 4 minutes, and drain. Add 1 minute for a softer bite. ➌ Enjoy the wonderful flavors of my fillings as we do in Italy: Toss in melted butter or extra virgin olive oil and top with freshly grated cheese. If frozen, do not thaw: cook additional 1 minute. Serving Suggestion. Ravioli with Chicken Pesto. Grill chicken strips. Cook the green beans. Toss prepared Ravioli with basil pesto and ½ cup boiling water. Top with chicken, green beans and, if desired, Parmigiano Reggiano.

I think I buy some version of these ravioli every time I do what I call "big" shopping, which is only once a month. I love that these keep well in the fridge, and indefinitely in the freezer, and you can cook them without having to thaw them if you need a fast meal. When we have a group to feed, we have mixed the sausage one with either of the cheese ones and that's really good. I almost always have some marinara or vodka sauce in my pantry, and adding about 1/4 of a jar is good, but so is a simple drizzle of olive oil, with some chopped sundried tomatoes, and some shredded Parmesan will be delicious
