This is the first tortellini that I have tasted that has Mascapone Cheese in the recipe. Thats what makes the cheesey goodness inside of the pasta. I have just discovered Carbone Marinara after reading the review from an influencer and I used it to compliment the Tortellini. OMG Italian Heaven. You simply should try these both together then grate fresh reggiano Parmesan on top. PERFECTION 👍👍
