Really great fresh pasta. Cooks in less than 2 minutes. And it lasts a long time in the refrigerator if you don't use the whole package. Wish it came in other noodle shapes. My store only carries fettuccine. Would love a thinner middle too. But, I highly recommend.

The BEST.....delicious fettucini

I wanted to make shrimp fettucine alfredo. I made it before but with the normal dry fettucine. I put the Rana in my order for delivery and was surprised to see it had to be refrigerated. Well, today I made the dinner, and it turned out wonderful!! The fettucine is easy to prepare and comes out soft and it holds the fettucine sauce wonderfully. No more dry noodles for us!!
