If I had been served this by someone else, who didn't tell me it came from a kit and was microwaved, I'd have assumed it was take-out from an Italian restaurant or homemade. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, quick %26 easy alternative to both cooking from scratch and ordering out, I highly recommend this Chicken Alfredo dinner. I have a 1000 Watt microwave, but the directions are for a 1200 Watt microwave. I slightly adjusted my cooking time (I think I added a minute), and the noodles were perfect al dente. I can only speak for myself when I say the sauce tasted like it came from my favorite local Italian restaurant, and they provide ample chicken chunks. I did cut my chicken chunks up a little more before cooking, that's just my personal preference. All in all, it was an excellent meal. Or meals, because I eat alone, so this was several servings for me. Unlike most leftovers, I enjoyed every serving - it didn't taste worse warmed up.

This is delicious and very easy to make in the microwave. Most things I make in the oven but it is not necessary for this. There is so much chicken that I don't use it all. The fettuccine is tender and the sauce is thick and rich. I find it better than homemade and definitely easier! It seems a little expensive but is well worth the price. Have a salad while it cooks, and serve with bread and your meal is complete!
