This is the best thing for morning sickness during pregnancy. And I use it for when I have an upset stomach, it relieves the feeling. I can put one in my mouth and let it melt, or chew on one, or my favorite is to put it in a cup of hot water with tea or even without the tea. It goes great with many different flavors of tea. Next try will be with my morning coffee.
