• apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush.

Really helps sensitive teeth
This is one of my favorite toothpastes! I struggle with tooth sensitivity and want to work on my gum health. This toothpaste has a very mild flavor and really helps with sensitive teeth. I typically like to use it at night. It's pricier than other toothpaste brands but I think it is definitely worth it to get this name brand. I will repurchase again and again because it works so well.
