[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave came with the house. And have not had any issues with it so far after 2 months it using it. Microwave is still working great. It heats up quick so have to keep an eye on it, even when using the pre populated settings so I am giving the rating 4 out of 5 for now.

Where are the parts?
Four years ago when my Kitchen Aid micro failed, I replaced it with this Whirlpool version of the same model, just the name was different. Now, this Whirlpool has failed— after four years. According to the repairman, it's the transformer, and there are no replacement parts. I purchased the built in trim kit, and had it installed as a built in not a countertop model. So, it makes replacing it with another brand difficult, time consuming, and more costly. It's very frustrating! Where are the parts? What can be done?
