Would buy Penninton grass seeds again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. Had to wait 2 weeks, because hubby was determined he would do the seeding. Did not take long to actually place in the needed spots. We had rain off and on, and where the ground was level it filled in nicely. I think some of the spots that were on the hill were washed down, and filled in the areas below them. lol. Still grew some lovely grass. It is very true that you need to plan on at least 4 weeks for it to fill in the areas, but it does with lovely green.

Nice Seed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used to patch an area in our yard and it worked out nicely! No problems with the process or the product, though our cat did take it upon himself to tear some holes in the thin bag before we could get it outside. So... just keep out of reach of pesky felines! I received this item for free in exchange for my honest review of this product.

Truly amazing product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To use the Pennington Contractors Grass Seed, I cleared the debris and loosened up the soil in a 3x3 area, spread the seeds as evenly as possible and lightly covered them with soil using a rake. Then I watered immediately after and twice a day every day. Within 5 days the seeds had sprouted and started growing quickly thereafter. I had didn't same process the first time but didn't cover with soil. It still grew but not as nice, thick and green as it did when I covered the seeds with soil. It is important that you cover the seeds, water the area often and once the grass grows at 3 inches, trim it down. What I love the most is how quickly I seen results. The color is vibrant and now a month after planting, the grass still looks amazing and stands strong. I don't have a "green thumb" but using Pennington Contractors Grass Seed made me feel like I have some sort of skill. I highly recommend giving them a try. Take a look at my progress photos to see for yourself.
