Easy! Quick! Inexpensive! Yummy!
For frozen chimichangas or burritos (size matters?), these have good flavor and no beans. When they are cooked according to directions, with a paper towel oven them, they come out hot with a soft tortilla. I choose to turn them halfway through. We usually have 3 each and I cook for about 2 minutes, rotate and cook another 2 minutes. We like to add cheese .and we melt it for another 30 seconds or so. Then, transfer them to a bed of shredded lettuce, add salsa and a dollop of sour cream and voile', yummy. So, for about $7 we have a very easy, quick, inexpensive and, to my taste, delicious, meal for 2 adults!

These are so tasty. I make them alone in the toaster oven for a quick lunch. In the toaster oven they come out nice and crunchy. I will also put the whole package in a baking dish and cover with enchilada sauce and bake in the oven. Then put shredded cheese on top for the final touch. It makes a great family meal that all my grandchildren love it!
