been using this product without the lavender for years. lavender of course is wonderful calming. . this product contains a much better amount of menthol that it competitor's which contributes to its better pain relief. Easy does it on the rolling it on or youll iust waste it. as a little of ot goes along ways . keep bottle cap tight and store upright .i have used this about 7 years without the lavender about 7 months with it. i purchase this every month for daily use morning and night. helps me get going in my knees and sleep better from pain relief at night. i wish the price hadnt of gone up but as you know everything has .still wory the money !
