My best printer

I tried in the past HP, Brother, Canon printers and my three last were from Epson. Before my XP-860, I had an ARTISAN 810 who gave me satisfaction for a few years. I use particuliary my printers for CD and DVD printing. The XP-860 give me better result and I'm very satisfied. It's smaller than the Artisan and quieter. The only negative point I can describe is when you want to start a printing after a long time of idle (save mode), it takes a long time to start the printing process. But, when it starts, speed is good. I'm using Epson paper for picture printing: amazing results.

Great value, small footprint

I think I've had is for about 3 months & have used most if not all of it's functions. It replaced a very well used Artisan 800 which still works but ink is getting harder to find. Prints very well & I'm a photographer who prints a lot of photos with it (and a 3880 Pro). Makes great 4X6's & 8X10's quickly, prints 2 sided documents & so far it looks like ink consumption is lower than expected. Setting it up to work wireless was really simple & we can print from tablets & my laptop with ease.

Everything is Great!

The photo quality of the pictures are INCREDIBLE! It does use some ink but if you want excellent photos this is a great printer. And, everything else on it is good too. It's worth the money.
