Effective
I use these particular calcium/mineral caps a lot. I find them easy to swallow. They have a good balance of minerals and are reasonably priced. I don't get cramps in my legs when I'm consistent with this brand thou i always still add a bit extra magnesium as my body seems to need more. 👍
