Are these seeds even real?

Bought 1000 Giant Timber Bamboo seeds, even though it was never specified if they were Bambusa Oldhamii or Phyllostachys Bambusoides. Regardless, I soaked them in water for 24 hours like the instructions on the pack said. Planted them the next day and 0 seeds out of 1000 have sprouted.
