Ghirardelli Premium White Chocolate baking bars are my absolute favorite for desserts! The texture is incredibly smooth and it melts perfectly for ganache or drizzling. It has a rich, creamy flavor that tastes much more high-end than other brands. It makes every recipe look and taste professional.

Sorry I don't have a picture but I use this a month ago I made some fudge and it turned out amazing. The bar melted very easily. It was able to spread on my wax paper. It held the toppings I put on my fudge very well. It hardened into a delicious pretzel chocolate bark. You get a good size bar for your baking needs. This is a very versatile product it can be used to make fudge to top ice cream. can be used to talk cakes can we use on strawberries to make a chocolate f covered fruit.
