Heat chocolate in a microwave safe container at medium power 50% for 1 to 1.5 minutes. Stir until bowl no longer feels warm. Continue heating at 15-30 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Place chips in double boiler over gently simmering (not boiling) water. Stir chips constantly until melted.

I am a pretty picky chocolate eater and I really like these dark chocolate chips. They're great in cookies, melted etc but I also like to just munch on a few (maybe a little more than a few) after dinner to satisfy my enormous sweet tooth. Much better than semi sweet or milk. Yum!
