Works well

I've used the 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate baking bar to bake different Bundt cakes. I've used both the bar as well as the chips. Both are really easy to use. I like that you can break off pieces of the bar so that you can get the measurements you need.

Ghirardelli never disappoints! I used the Premium 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Bar for baking, and it added such a deep, rich flavor to my desserts. Great taste, melts well!

I love this chocolate! It's great for baking healthier treats with less sugar. It melts easily to put over snacks as well. And added plus is my kids enjoy it too
