EZ OUT SERRATED

This will be my fourth one over more than 20 years. It clips well into the pocket, very slim and stays out of the way. It is easy to open, just as the name implies. With a detent at half open, it's very easy to open it just far enough to cut through some tape to open a package. Then it can be quickly and easily stowed without needing to manipulate the blade lock. When use requires it to open all the way, that back lock is stout! It is not some flimsy tang keeping the blade from folding closed on my fingers. And, being on the back, the locking mechanism is well away from the blade while manipulating it for closing. The best feature, after portable size and easy to deploy, is the blade that is half-serrated and half-plain. Sometimes the plain blade works better, sometimes the serrated. This has both, and is so easy to carry and use, makes it the knife that goes everywhere. This knife is used and abused as needed to get the job done. In the office, or on the farm, it is very versatile. Every once in awhile I set it somewhere that I cannot find it again. I may find the previous one soon, but not soon enough. I miss it enough that I'm getting another one before I go any longer without it. If I find it, I will then have a backup. Which will be great for such a useful, portable, comfortable, daily carry knife.
