Send it via insured parcel post to: Golden State International PO Box 31088 Oakland, CA 94604 Include a brief note explaining what is wrong. Be sure to print your name and address clearly. Enclose $5.98 to cover the cost of return postage and handling. DO NOT SEND CASH, only checks or money orders are accepted.
