Got the large for 5' 10" / 150 lbs. Fits perfectly and looks better than the pics. Great deal if you see a similar George Drop Needle V-Neck Sweater. Cotton / poly but feels like 100% cotton. The item listing says the model is 6' 1" wearing a medium. Don't go by that, the medium would be too small for most average size men.
