Bad charger

This trimmer was bought in 2019 not much use on it. Usually charge at begging of season and middle of season. Had to replace charger in the first season, and now will not charge again. Like I say don't have a lot of trim should not go thru chargers like that.

Charger is useless junk

My battery-driven chainsaw works great, when I can actually charge the battery, that is. I think the original charger worked once, so I bought another. Same thing - no charging. It seems to be related to how low the battery is - if its charge gets too low, the charger will not work. Husqvarna service options are confused and not consumer friendly; the dealers can just refuse to service. Very frustrating and does not reflect well on the brand.

Much the same

I have a 115iL string trimmer. Clearly there is an issue with this charger. Has there been a recall on this item or perhaps a replacement so we can continue to use the tool and not end up taking a complete loss. Item worked great until I could no longer use it. Not sure I can trust Husqvarna for items going forward if we cannot resolve this issue.
