I'll have a heaping helping of crow, please!

I (JAB111) wrote a scathing review after having our dishwasher stop working. I tested it, but misinterpreted the results. The problem was with the drain pump not this circulating pump, which I had replaced less than a year ago. After removing and inspecting the drain pump, I found a piece of plastic wedged in it. I removed it, reinstalled the pump, and now it is working as expected. This one is on me. It was in no way GE's fault. In addition, GE reached out to me after my review and was willing to make things right. It was, however, not their fault.

Exceptionally poor design

Impossible to replace this part without damaging the rubber diaphragm on the diverter. Very poor design, no way to reinstall without causing more damage to the equipment.

Harness doesn't match

Simply put, the harness doesn't match the original. Curious in why they would change and not provide and adapter and change the original pumps design.
