Customer service needs work.

Car was brought in right away. But after about hr and half I went to check on the progress nobody seemed to help. When checking out after 2 hrs of waiting I get told my car was done half hour ago but got no notifications or even when standing in front of the staff they did not help out. After I got my car back I had a slight wobble and decided to check my tires and one of them was backwards. So again had to bring it back for the change over. Tires are good hence I've had the same style tires on other vehicles I've owned. But service was horrible.
