The only thing that helps me fall asleep and keeps me asleep is Unisom Sleep Gels. I've tried so many sleep aids that I'll fall asleep but wake up 2 to 3 hours later. They help me fall asleep but stay asleep. Unisom helps me gently fall asleep within 30 minutes AND stay asleep all night long. The pills aren't huge, easy to swallow.
