OMG, these are fantastic! Feel it start working within a few minutes. When I have my extremely tense muscles, these can sometimes be a little painful as they go to work, but within a few moments after that, the cooling kicks in. Wish they were a tad bit less expensive since I use them daily. They adhere and stay on really well.

These patches were recommended to me by my brother for my back pain. I have arthritis of the spine %26 both hips. I couldn't believe how fast the patch relieved my pain and how long the pain relief lasted! I will definitely be using this product again.
