1. Ensure the skin is clean, dry and free of creams and oils. Remove backing film marked "STEP 1" and place center (adhesive side down) over bunion. 2. Remove backing film marked "STEP 2", remove blue tab and firmly smooth down adhesive edge to skin. 3. Replace when strip begins to loosen.

Great relief for my wife's feet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time after walking on a high heel my wife complains about pain in her feet, especially about one of the bones on her feet. And then she tried these cushions! She is very impressed and says he feels like new after hours on the high heels!
