It's instant relief when I step onto my GelPro floor mat! I consider it part of my self care practice. Everyone who comes over is jealous. I told my son I would buy him one for his home when he moves out as incentive! The difference from this mat and anything else you'll find is immediately noticeable with the first step onto it. I bought 3 GelPro Elite mats for my kitchen , and my only regret is that I didn't get them sooner! I bought one for my sister as a gift, and she loves hers, too. When I am in baking mode (which happens too often, according to my waistline), I stand in the kitchen several hours without sitting down. These mats definitely help my back and feet aches. The only problem I have had is that I often trip on them because they are so high. Still, they are worth the tripping! Wish I had planned smarter and had had them for Christmas baking, but I look forward to the next season, knowing I'll be more comfortable.
