Not imporessed

I bought this for my dementia patients to help stimulate their minds when they get antsy. However, they patients become frustrated that it is difficult to get the fish to move. There is simply not enough gel in the pad. It's more of a weighted lap pad..but there isn't enough weight for it to do much good. Now, it just sits in the closet.
