GEAR AID 11000, Water-Based Urethane, Tent Fabric Sealant Industrial Sealant, 0.438 lb 4 oz

We just purchased a 1998 Coleman Fleetwood Bayside pop up camper. Its in great shape and I purchased this product as a precaution. It applied easily and as far as I know to this date the seams are holding and not leaking

I ordered 5 bottles of this Tent Sealant and started applying it to my tent according to the instructions which directed a vigorously shake then gently squeezing the bottle to apply the liquid with the sponge applicator. At first it seemed to be dispensing as expected but within 3 or 4 minutes I noticed the amount of liquid emanating from the sponge was down to a mere trickle. I squeezed the bottle harder in an attempt to dispense more liquid but the top part of the bottle popped off spilling the white crap all over my tent. Upon closer examination, I noticed the sponge applicator was clogged with a thick white glob of a paste like substance resembling curdled milk. In fact this pasty glob was also still in the bottle and had spilled all over my tent as well. I cleaned up the mess and thought maybe I just got a bad bottle. So I vigorously shook up a second bottle, pulled the top off and poured it into a cup this time. To my dismay, this second bottle was also in the exact same condition. The viscosity of the white curd like substance was so thick that it would cling to a mixing stick like cottage cheese. Please see my attached photos of what exactly you'll be getting with the worthless product. Not sure if I got a bad batch but I'm returning this worthless crap to Walmart for a full refund. I most certainly would not recommend this product!!!
