These are good on the go. Taste great, zero sugar. However, I would not drink these to rehydrate after exercise. It does have a bit of sodium and potassium, but this is just not enough to bring all electrolytes back up. I usually grab one of these when I'm tired of drinking water,, or I'll grab a water and a Gatorade Zero and for every 3-5 sips of water, I'll take a sip of the Gatorade. Just preference really. Bottle is good size. I appreciate that the plastic is not flimsy like a lot of other drinks, so I don't end up wearing it in the car. Design is straightforward.

So my son has some issues health issues and he can't have sugar so we had to start buying things sugar-free and he can only drink so many sugar-free things so we started buying the Gatorade zero sugar and he got tired of the same flavors every time and then I noticed they finally came out with a new flavor and he really likes us so keep bringing out new flavors for the zero flavor or zero sugar flavor because people do need it and I really appreciate when y'all come out with new stuff thank you
