A couple weeks ago I asked my friend if I could pick up some drinks for her while we were on a trip. She asked for sugar free Gatorade. Well, I didn't know that was a thing until I recently. These are really good and so few calories I didn't worry about a spike in blood sugar. They don't have that slightly salty taste I've grown familiar with from Gatorade. Can't Swallow Pills! But can now. i drink them down with a stronger flavored GATORADE. I've struggled all my life with taking medicine and definitely vitamins. Using Gatorade makes it no big deal at all. Now my children are using it too. Only one big sip and it goes back in the fridge for next time. Thank you Gatorade
