Gatorade Thirst Quencher Fruit Punch Sports Drink, 12 fl oz, 6 Count

The berry Gatorade flavor is my go to. If you've never tried it before, you for sure need to give this one a try. It has such a great flavor that's not watered down like tasting like some other brands or flavors. It def will quench your thirst after a workout or for a diabetic. It does have a lot of sodium content, so if you're a person that tends to swell I wouldn't recommend drinking them on the daily basis. I tend to swell in my feet and ankles whenever I stand and was drinking this Gatorade throughout the day, everyday. I didn't realize what i was doing to my body. Thought I should put that out there just in case. Other than that, it's highly recommended that you try this one flavor out. The 6 packs and up are better purchasing options than buying just a single bottle bc you for sure get the best deal out of a pack. It doesn't have the strong berry flavor like some may think. This berry is different and is so pleasing and refreshing from the opening of the bottle to the last drop, which doesn't last me long lol.

The taste is as expected for Gatorade. Nothing special though I have tasted less sugar in this product vs. other similar brands. The great thing this product has going for it, is it has the correct combination of ingredients to actually hydrate the body. This is why it's a go-to at my house for working out, yard work, the occasional illness, and any other time we just need that extra hydration.
