Great low priced laptop. I was impressed at all the features including a micro SD card slot to increase storage but I was very surprised when I got this to find it has a hard drive bay. It will only take a thin drive and I suggest an SSD but this allowed you to increase the storage to that of any high end laptop! I highly recommend this laptop! Also make sure you switch out of Windows S mode unless you want to be locked in the Windows ecosystem.

Wish I had read reviews ahead of time. Bought this for my son for a Christmas gift and was very surprised when we turned it on and Minecraft was not installed on the laptop yet the box even says it's included. Reached out to Gateway support and received no reply. Expect to pay an extra $30 to install Minecraft.

Dissatisfied with the purchase of this laptop. It said it came with a built in finger print scanner and it doesn't have one. That was the only reason why I went with this particular laptop over the similar laptop that was cheaper. I feel like I paid more to get something that I didn't get. So be catious when purchasing this if thats the reason for paying a bit more to get something it doesn't have.
This model does not come with finger print scanner, can you please send us a link to where you read that it does?
