I love the cherry flavor. They taste like crunchy sweet cherry candies. Very effective. I had painful gas trapped so bad in my body, moving around all over. I got these Gas X extra strength tablets and chewed two.. didn't have to take with water but I choose to drink 8oz after swallowing the tablets. I did not need to go over 2 pills to completely rid me of the painful gas which I obtained through my bad eating habits. I keep these handy
