New gokart for my daughter and died after 15 mins

The go-kart looks nice but died after 15ins. The clutch locks up and shuts off the motor. I tried calling many times to support and just got the runaround; I just spent 1000, and now I have to buy a replacement part to make it work. would not recommend to anyone

the cart came assembled, except for roll bar you have to do yourself. no problem there I'm a mechanic. after 30 minutes of riding both rear wheels fall off. also the engine is so weak it will not even spend tires in sand, with a 40 lb 7-year-old on it. Very disappointed Don't buy!!
