This is shampoo. I love shampoo for my hair. I cut it out of and just love it. I wore my braid to high school in college years but when I had kids, I had a worm because I wanted to look nice and respectful for the doctor for my kids, but since I'm getting older, I cut it all off and I like it that way, but one thing about it I can't take color so take a lot and let me write reviews of my choice, but I'm trying to not to put color in my hair because it burns really, really bad.
