Very happy with results

Loved the color. My natural color is clear silver meaning the hair shaft is almost transparent. Been coloring my hair for years and tried 50- medium natural brown nutrisse for the 1st time. I wanted a natural med brown and thats what i got Have washed 3 times so far and it has gotten slightly lighter but it is still natural looking med brown. I did wash my hair right after i used the dye that may have removed some of the darkness but i am very satified with the product. Will be trying Olia med next because my hair is on the dry side.

My roots look kind of orange

I bought this color to use on my dark brown hair to get rid of the ombre (blonde) tips I had and it worked great and looked so pretty, but its been about 2 months and I decided to dye it again the same color (shade 50) because my roots were showing. I dyed it but my roots look lighter than the rest of my hair and it kind of looks a bit orange or reddish. I applied the color to my roots first like it says to do. I dont know where I went wrong. The rest of my hair looks fine but the top of my head is lighter and it looks so ugly.

Hi Jess23! When you color again, use shade #51, Medium Ash Brown, and color the roots only. Please do not apply anymore color to the length and ends of your hair. If your hair is shoulder length or longer, please leave your hair hanging down while the color is processing on your hair. If you continue to apply more color to the length, that color-treated hair is going to take on more color, causing it to get darker than the roots, which is new hair that has never been touched by color. Remember, going forward, to color your roots only and leave the hair hanging down during the process. We hope this information is helpful!
