mist it as if it was hair soray. 2 sprays over the top is all ya need. it calms the friz with just enough weight to lay it down without looking oily or unclean. just dont touch it! then grab your lowest part of your pony tail and spray one time and let go. brush with a wide tooth brush like a vented wet brush or wet comb and then air dry!

My hair gets fly-away hairs when it is cold or the humidity is just so... I place some of the product in my hands rub my hands together and smooth down my fine hairs which fly away or at least seem to want to fly-away.
