My hair is pretty wavy (combination of 2b/2c curls) and although I have a LOT of it, the individual strands are fine. All of this combines to make my hair very dry AND prone to tangles. At the end of the day I often find myself with literally matted hair. I started using this in place of my regular conditioner for my weekly wash and it has been AMAZING. It doesn't weigh my hair down at all, but leaves it hydrated and smells great. My hair still knots but it is WAY easier to finger comb it out and it just feels more healthy. It's also a great value because it has lasted me 4 washes and I completely coat my hair which is at this point, mid-back length.
