I just purchased Garlique today and took my first pill right away! While the pill is larger than I expected, I had no trouble swallowing it. So far, I haven't experienced any side effects, and I feel like it's making a difference—my blood pressure hasn't gone up yet. I got this supplement to help manage my blood pressure until my doctor's visit, and I plan to discuss it with her. Recently, my blood pressure readings have been around 150/91 to 160/95. I intend to keep using this product and will ask my doctor if I can continue taking it long-term instead of resorting to medication.
