another poor customer service situation

this item was not sturdy and it was returned yet I have not gotten a refund and they want to replace it with the same item. I am irritated that they are putting me through this and no way to speak with them about the issue

It cheap trash, the pieces didn't even fit and one piece was missing. Truly passed off, then I emailed the company they stated they would resend another circle and they haven't sent a replacement.
